Daily reminder how baby Zim was when he was a smeet.
I don’t think it was common for an Irken to cling to the robot arm that activated them and proclaim that they love it. Zim’s first words were, “I love you.” I can never get over that.
I wonder how common it is for smeets to act like actual children.

Look at Zim and Skoodge! All smeets are baby.

Hardly related, but to think that Zim would’ve ended up different if he didn’t have bad data downloaded into his pak. He was a real sweetheart in the parts before that.

Look at Zim and Skoodge! All smeets are baby. Imagine being in charge to take care of those smeets. It must be an EASY job. Smeets are smart enough to communicate what they want and you don’t need to teach them anything. Just make sure they don’t break anything.

Human babies for the first bit are potatoes that spit up and cry. Smeets are so much more mobile and they have critical thought almost immediately with PAKs.

That Irken Elite tattoo is very interesting 👀 It's never too early to join the special forces! Wouldn't it be so cute if smeets played war games where they pretend to be soldiers and commanders? In a way it's kind of fucked up because this is a product of Irken Empire propaganda at a young age, but it's also cute to see smeets do Normal Baby Things like playing pretend and putting on costumes.

I definitely think they play war games. They make sound effects for their blasters too, and fall over dramatically when they "die". This King Smeet (in the backstory that I'm formulating, anyway) is basically a child puppet king for a group of Irkens from the Before Times, meaning the Elite symbol has been associated with power and authority for a while. Or maybe it's just Garnet dressing up. I haven't figured out who this particular smeet is yet.
