feel free to post here but please include these in your post (that way it's actually archived and not just a random think you link/post) and we can have a good starting point for an actual historical IZ timeline (RWAM/other forums wise)
i'm going to start from the very first oldest viable option, i might edit a post later with more relevant information on it if i find it.
some days from the archive trawl will have more than one item, so those posts will be updated to contain all the relevant content i find on those days on the site.
DISCLAIMERS/NOTES SECTION:
NOTE: many of these users have posted items that say "DO NOT USE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION" but considering it was all posted nearly 20 years ago and theres no way in hell the users would still care about that, i'm going to post those items here anyway if they still exist, and, you can use them, if the original users can PROVE they are the original users that said "DO NOT USE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION" about such an item, i will remove it without hesitation and apologize. (i just really don't think it's viable to try and hunt these people from 20+ yrs ago down, like, do they even care about IZ anymore? i really doubt it)
NOTE 2: i won't preserve harmful content (slurs, hate messages, threats, anti LBGT+, irken/child or child/adult shipperspedophiles or sub content they made) unless it's like, INCREDIBLY FUNNY (shoutout to Pimp Dib fanart and the random funny looking fanart Zims i have screencaps of), and, if i do preserve something like that, it's not going to be credited but it will say something like "this image that is objectively hilarious is from a terrible shitty user" as a disclaimer upon it.
NOTE 3: i'll preserve gore but i won't post it here. (i will not preserve gore that has like, sexual connotations, that can die in a fire with whoever made it)
NOTE 4: there will be no preservation of any NSFW content that isn't light gore or "tasteful"/"artistic" nudity (OF ADULTS) but if i do preserve any of that (THE LEGAL NON DEGENERATE STUFF THATS ONLY LIKE, TASTEFUL NUDITY OF ADULTS) it won't be posted here.
ABOUT OCS: i will not be preserving modern OCs (modern as in the users are still active!!) because that just feels disrespectful honestly (war flashbacks to fandoms that "reclaim" OC'S from bad creators/ PEOPLE THEY JUST DON'T LIKE inserted here, like that is literally just theft/plagiarism that would be like me saying i created Zim, lol), but i might save some of your posts if they contribute to the fandom drastically or get incredibly popular? not sure about doing that either though tbh.
ABOUT OC'S FROM USERS FROM 20+ YRS AGO: i WILL preserve this information sparingly in a respectful way, just to see what was considered "cool" in like, the early 2000s, again, i don't think any of these users are around anymore or would even care at this point, but if they want it removed from the archive all they have to do is drop me an email (insert new yahoo email here) or a post or something (you have to prove its your content or it stays, unless everyone objectively agrees to remove it)
ABOUT ZADR/ETC: None of this is getting preserved. none of it. zilch, zero, none, you are foul disgusting creatures that i will walk upon as if you were dirt underneath my Pink Miu Miu boots. go die. shipping the kids with the other kids is WEIRD but thats not TECHNICALLY a sin as long as you don't make any suggestive content about it, but i won't be preserving anything like that at all either, because, it's a slippery slope with you fuckers.
