Smeets can't regulate their body temperature very well, so they just huddle up in groups under heat lamps making squeaking noises. There's no point in trying to get to them to line up single file, so smeetery workers and drones just herd little invasions of smeets from place to place like one herds sheep or penguins.

i imagine smeets to be the same size as a kitten for the most part, with the same age scale and everything... but theyre precocial. a fresh smeet is the size of a bean and already knows what the fuck is going on in their life... that is, they must cause Chaos
