ok i know i have the friendzim i still gotta work on (but lets be honest i probably will never touch it again for Reasons related to the concept) but hear me out: smeet care simulator
you play as a smeetery worker tasked with meeting certain goals, such as producing smeets with specific stats or a certain quantity, etc. the goals get progressively harder as you rank up but the higher you rank the more monies you get per smeet. capitalism
smeets have a tube phase, where you manage the incubators and monitor smeet growth (idk how intensive i would like it to be) as well as choose a predefined template, which will favor different stats.
and then they have a baby phase, where they run around like feral cats in an enrichment pen and they get the hang of their new bodies. at this phase, you can influence strength, dexterity, and size of the smeet, though depending on their template some stats may be limited
then, finally, a cadet phase, where you manage their training and specialization. this influences their intelligence, wisdom, and charisma. this phase has become a bit complicated on my design doc bc i kinda want to have a system to mitigate defective traits where you have to sacrifice a stat to keep them from getting too defective (therefore lowering your chances of a promotion, and lowering the value of the smeet)
theres a whole defectiveness system where if you take away certain influencer items/enrichment or dont give them proper enrichment/items their defectiveness percentage goes up. this lowers the value of the smeet upon their graduation and you gotta make sure you keep that percentage low if you want to get anything
after the smeet graduates i have an idea that the adult state could be like. an alumni page that updates every so often with what the guy is up to nowadays, but idk if i would wanna do that bc at some point you might get overloaded with "smeet 9038409824027 became an accountant (again)" so id have to figure out whats up with that. maybe theres an option to cut ties with the graduate or something... idk
theres also like, maybe a facility management system? expand your smeetery using your monies to output more smeets per batch or have a higher quality.
also as a little bonus an avatar for your smeetery worker that could be customized <3
ALSO i think itd be cool if at a certain rank some irkens would start requesting specific things too, which might have a high stat requirement or be risky because the output smeets would be considered defective. theyd be entirely optional but you'd get a huge payout
