I don't even remember drawing this one but i can tell it's very old.
This is NETZACH ! he was an elite scientist during Miyuki's reign, he is incredibly short (barely taller than a SIR unit) and therefore gets very little respect, especially nowdays in the empire, he gained his position from having Mysterious abilities and being very intelligent, however, he has too many "downsides" to be considered useful to irken kind now, these include:
-BEING SO SHORT, HOW ARE YOU SO SHORT. LMAOOOOO.
-Will immediately faint upon being startled
-Talks in third person if nervous
-Usually a nervous wreck
-Coffee addiction
-Disrespectful to authority figures
Theres no telling how they met, but he and Betelgeuse became very close friends, it's safe to say he's "off the radar" now, and probably wiped his existence under the rug entirely so he could do, whatever it is that he's off doing now.
If you're having technology problems, he's definitely the guy to ask!
Bonus: his favorite color (and his eye color) is yellow!
