 if an irken vampire were to drink blood would they do it like this or this or this... 1) what appears to be a nectar feeding tongue transformed into a blood sippy device?? slorp 2) just bite wherever or suck it out the convenient holes on an irkens back 3) lick up the blood vampire bat style. mlem i think its all 3 tbh but everyones interpretations on the natural irken diet unmarred by artificial junk food is different and that vastly influences how you can interpret how mouthparts act |

all three tbh. (Im fascinated by the nectar mouth specifically.... would sap/nectar be a significant enough part of an irken diet to allow for the evolution of a mouth like that? perhaps theres a specific nutrient they can only get from a certain part of an irken plant or something?)
