Headcanon that Irkens are like chickens in that they will hunt small animals if bored or hungry. They will also chase and sometimes kill intruders in their nest.
Zim has a relatively average prey drive, though he's still a menace at tag. It's Skoodge you need to worry about. Do not run from him. He is faster and stronger than your are. You may be able to outlast him for a while, but not forever.

Just...don't turn your back and run on an Irken in general.

I'm not sure who would win in a marathon between a human and an Irken. Humans have longer legs, can handle changing weather conditions, and are adapted distance runners, but Irkens have shorter legs (on average) and PAKs.
