I think Irkens have a lower body temperature than humans, but their skin is dry and not clammy or slimy. Most Irkens are wiry and surprisingly strong even without their PAK, so if an Irken decides to really put their muscles into hugging you, you might end up with a cracked rib (out of love). It's bad form to put your arms near their PAK, so wrap your arms around their neck or just under their PAK.

Betelgeuse's pak is very very old. Betelgeuse can and will freeze/overheat to death. Please care for your Betelgeuse and his crappy beta pak accordingly. it's cold right now, give him a blanket. >w>

RIP Betelgeuse, smacked by swans. Such a shame. Speaking of petting things, what do you think hugging an Irken would feel like? This scenario assumes the Irken is also down for hugging. probably like hugging a human, depending on the size/shape/build of the irken... and the mutant modifiers it has (smooth skin, scaly, some fuzz, etc) but probably not too bad, i think smaller irkens like NETZACH and Squish are probably..........squishy......... I squeak sometimes.

I have a very sad headcanon for why Little Timmy was on Judgementia in the first place and not deep below Irk's surface. He's a potential defective on Judgmentia for his Existence Evaluation.

Part of the reason cats purr is part of pain management (and the frequency at which they purr at can speed up tissue repair), so imagine if as part of healing protocols, PAKs made purring-like noises. Healing Irkens go BRRRRRR.

Crawling out of my cave after three hours of logo design for homework to say that when Irkens are strained enough, the internal fan in their pak goes off. This is more common with defective Irkens, with Zim's being the loudest. For particularly dumb Irkens, their fans go off if they think too hard.
