The Navigators come in three flavors: Pink, Cotton Candy, and Grape. Something I've wondered-do the uniform colors matching eye colors indicate different specializations/ranks, or is it just for aesthetic purposes? The fact that both the Navigator and Elite uniforms match the eye colors of whoever's wearing it really indicates the preeminence of aesthetics above all else in Irken culture.

The Navigator uniforms in ETF are all the same colors and have a dark pink waist cinch, whereas the Series uniforms have a silver or white waist cinch.

Alright...is it two pieces (a top and a skirt) or one piece? The world may never know.

Alright...is it two pieces (a top and a skirt) or one piece? The world may never know. it's one <3 Thank you. That makes sense, since most lab coats are one piece and cover most of a person's bodies to protect from spills and such.

Photo by BETELGEUSE Irken hats semi-canon! Now, where did Timmy get that hat? Personally, I think he picked it up from the gift shop! Also, uniforms for very young smeets resemble baby onesies, with no sleeves and no ribbing that you see on older smeet and adult uniforms.

Overalls confirmed. Both the janitor and Zim are wearing peacock green uniforms and hats, so maybe that's associated with official janitorial duties? Irken overalls confirmed! And what's this? Legs exposed? The Navigators may have a rival. Also, Irken external pockets canon!

That may not be an overall at all. Yes there are shoulder straps, but I can't see any lines delineating the undershirt from the 'alls.

Something that will forever puzzle me...why is the Navigator collar a separate piece rather than attached to the coat?
CONE OF SHAME.

In both situations where Zim has declared himself King/Emperor, he wears a crown and some kind of cape or long robe. The crown clearly comes from Urth culture, as no Irken other than Frylords and Announcers wear any kind of headpiece as part of their authority, and even the Almighty Tallest wear no headpieces. Also, the only capes in Irken culture are worn by the Announcer, and even that’s debatable. Now. Emperor!Zim wears a robe, and I’ve already hypothesized that long skirts/robes are connected to authority and power in Irken culture. So, how much do you think his Emperor outfit is a result of him appropriating Urthen supervillain symbolism and how much is him using Irken symbolism?
