reminder they canonically have shields for their paks too! Wait, I don't remember what PAK shields look like, does anyone have any canon examples of PAK shields? Looked it up and a PAK shield appeared in the episode Plague of Babies!

* hits an Irken with their shield bubble activated and watches them roll around the room like a sentient pinball * They just tuck and roll and take it in stride while complaining all the way. Or maybe you punt them and they skidder around like an upside-down tortoise.

I'VE BEEN LITERALLY SITTING ON THIS THOUGHT FOR THE PAST FOUR HOURS because I had work, but I thought of this concept.
A several pronged handheld device called a "seam ripper". It's called this because of the way it digs under an Irken's PAK and rips the wires off. The seam ripper will tightly grip the wires and can clip the ends, making it impossible to reattach itself.

Yes. YES. I’ve been waiting for someone to make a weapon with this concept. There are probably two versions-a small one for portable use, and a bigger one for when you really want to make sure those cables can’t reattach.

I think the AT (Almighty Tallest) have bigger PAKs in proportion to their bodies than other Irkens, so it’s not out of the question they got an upgrade with better cables and anchors…just in case.

I’m still thinking about that historic kitschy porcelain and now I want to draw what a horribly tacky Irken porcelain figure might look like.

Wouldn't be shocked in the slightest. As leaders of an empire, there's a ton of people who are going after them and it would be stupid not to take precautions.
