Well if you think about it. everyone that breathes Oxygen dies eventually anyway. i mean yeah but presumably it would be killing him faster I think Zim would have to have noticed when it's foggy out. I'd have to imagine that all that water in the atmosphere would irritate the equivalent of his lungs. Great, now I want the science behind Irkens to be a plot point in a story of some kind. Irken biology is very interesting: their hypersensitivity to pollutants and intense sunlight, how they are part biological creature and machine, how they molt under certain conditions, how apparently Irkens are resistant to Earth parasites (i.e lice), etc.

Someone get this man a gas mask or a plague doctor mask, ideally both! I don’t know if it it’ll help him survive or not, but at least he’ll look cool.

Thinking about Irken tummy and going mildly insane. It's like a cat's tummy, but less rewarding to pat and even more of a death trap.

Wait, I just remembered that Vortian horns can move. I don't know what they're composed of, but they're definitely not the same thing as horns on Urth.

I can't think of anything akin to horns that can move because those are all solid, but skin with a skeletal structure that has joints underneath wouldn't make sense either because it doesn't look like it's made from that. Something like insect antannae maybe? Now that I'm thinking about it, that could straight up be exposed bone that we're looking at with the joints being naturally shielded, which is different from horns because that's made from keratin.
